How quickly do you ship orders?
We ship out orders every single day except for Sunday... and that's only because the post office is closed. If you place your order before 12PM on any day, it should be sent out on that same day barring snow, storms, power outages, etc;
Why are some of my coupons different from xyz's coupons?
Coupons are regional and therefore some coupons will be different from one insert to another even though it's from the same company and has the same date on it. Luckily, we live in a region where coupons tend to have higher values because the cost of living and groceries are higher. So even if you don't live in New Jersey, you could still benefit with higher value coupons if you order from us.
Where are you located?
New Jersey is usually a good enough answer for people who are from out of state. However, since we New Jerseyeans like to subdivide our state, we ship out from Central New Jersey.
What kind of service are you providing and how can it benefit me?
We are a coupon insert service that charges a small handling fee to obtain and send out coupon inserts to those that want them. You can save tons of money on your grocery and toiletry bills each and every week if you use our service wisely. We're quick, we're honest and gosh darn it, we're pretty friendly too.
Can I send a check or money order or stamps or do a local pick up?
Unfortunately, no. It simply takes too long for us to process. If you're interested in local delivery and live within 5 miles of zipcode 08837, you can email us to ask on orders over $15.00. However, we don't refund the shipping charges that are charged when you check out since it does take us time and gas to make the delivery.
Do you do yearly subscriptions?
It's definitely something that we have been thinking about. If you're interested, please emails us. If we get enough emails, we will make a subscription option possible available.
How long will it take to receive my order?
This depends on when you order it, what sort of shipping you select and where you live. It all varies. If you order before 12pm EST, your order will go out on the same day that it's ordered. If you select USPS First Class shipping and you live in NY or NJ, you'll probably receive it in 1 business day. If you live in CA, it could be between 3-7 business days. If you select priority shipping, your orders will generally be received either next day if you live in the tri-state area (NY/NJ/CT and even parts of PA), or in 2-4 business days if you live further away. Customers in California generally receive our orders in 2-3 business days and customers in Hawaii or Alaska, 3-4 business days. These are general estimates. We do our best by getting it to the post office quickly but after that, it's up to the postal service to get things to you in a timely manner.
Do you provide tracking?
Tracking is only provided if you use USPS Priority Mail shipping.
Do you make money on the shipping charges?
We wish! In fact, sometimes we lose a bit of money on shipping when you factor in postage supplies, gas and the cost of postage itself. We do our best to be fair in regards to the shipping charges by mainly charging by weight/actual shipping charges.
Do you have a minimum order?
Nope! But please do take pity on us because each transaction costs us $0.33 by our credit card company to process. :P So please order more. :)
You made a mistake on my order...now what?
We try our best not to make mistakes and your order actually gets checked twice before it gets sent out, so the likelihood is slim. However, if we do make a mistake, email us at [email protected] to let us know. If you missed a sale because of it, we are greatly sorry but don't forget that you can always ask for a rain check with the store!
Why do you sell expired coupons?
Some stores allow people to use them well beyond their expiration dates. At overseas commissaries, the military are generally allowed to use them for 3 months past the expiration date stated on the coupon. Some stores in Chicago accept expired coupons with no limits.
Do you do refunds?
We reserve the right to limit our credits/refunds and/or replacement coupons to the original handling fee amount only. Because we are working with issues that are invariably 'your word against mine', we also ONLY issue IN-STORE credits or send replacement coupons.

All orders over $50.00 ship out USPS Priority Mail for free! See below for what we charge for shipping. As you can see, we don't make any money on shipping! Some companies will charge more for shipping to make a buck but we don't!
